Technical Integration Engineer

The Wizenoze curated content is delivered to the customer platform vide a B2B (business-to-business) integration by connecting our and customer platforms digitally (API/SDK or LTI mode).

We integrate our product into Customer EdTech platforms and take them to market – and are looking at Technical Integration champion to drive these integrations in a time-bound manner – working as a bridge between the Wizenoze tech/product teams and customer teams – to ensure the speed to market post the sales process is over

Full-time, starting ASAP – You will be part of our India team based in New Delhi, with travel expected 25% of the time. You would be working closely with the Country Director- India and report to the Customer Success Manager – India.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate across boundaries with partner teams to create compelling first-party integrations into their products/platforms that demonstrate the value of our product in business processes and experience
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams(Internal to Wizenoze – Product/Technology/Science/Customer Success teams, External to Wizenoze – Customers Product and technology teams) to establish a successful customer-Wizenoze integration program.
  • Working closely with the Wizenoze CSM to work closely with the customer (offsite and onsite as required) on the deployment and integration process and associated roles and responsibilities, driving the customer integration plan, assisting with requirements gathering, creating technical documentation that contains customer integration best-practices, managing the onboarding of electronically integrated customers, and facilitating solution testing and rollout
  • Evaluate, design, develop & review integration code based on functional specifications while maintaining data quality, integrity and security.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and clients to translate requirements into design leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom integrations and development.
  • Analyse each customers existing system and work with their technical staff to define requirements, design appropriate integration solutions, validate data integrity and verify business processes.
  • Provide onboarding support to customers that build an automated integration with Wizenoze platform.
  • Provide technical guidance, review implementation progress, resolve technical issues and drive all stakeholders towards launch.
  • Gather facts and metrics about customer issues and delivery systems that need to be driven to solution.
  • Work with customers to gather pain points in the integration and onboarding process and educate them about the tools and processes which can make integrating easier.
  • Also, collaborate with other internal team members to impact the customers overall success and satisfaction
  • You will be the customers’ technical teams main contact for assistance with the connectivity options available on Wizenoze platforms
  • Our integration with customers is project-based. The projects are generally termed engagements from when a customer is initially “kicking off” Wizenoze products integration into their product/platform. And the project ends with the integrated solution’s “go-live” and roll out to the customers.
  • You will support multiple buyer customers concurrently, and each may have one or multiple products/platforms being integrated. Each project is unique, but you will find the common threads between different assignments and use the experience to better deliver future integrations.
  • Gather requirements and help us build the tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which customers and partners integrate with us.
  • Work on additional projects, help improve new tools and create new SOPs.

Your skills and experiences

Having experience in one or more of these industries is highly desirable – B2B Information technology, professional, education, or related field;

  • Understanding of informational needs in education;
  • Minimum 3 years or more of Strong hands-on experience with integration Process building & deployment, platform level Integrations, API management, etc.
  • Professional experience in the fields of eCommerce, B2B, API or SDK led systems integration would be most applicable to this position.
  • Demonstrate knowledge Web-Services and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and json.
  • Test strategy and operational readiness of integration scenarios Collaborate with Cross-functional, business units, application developers and testers.
  • Exposure to project management, business consulting, or a related field.
  • Should have a strong understanding of how information flow and data is translated between digital partners on different platforms.
  • Should be familiar with the communication protocols used to exchange data such as API, SDK, Web Services, etc. Understand how digital certificate-based encryption and authentication secure such communication protocols.
  • Should be experienced in deploying cloud-based technologies; understand its integration and implementation challenges as well as the benefits.
  • Should be proficient in common software productivity tools like Microsoft Office.
  • A strong organizational, attention to detail, and process-oriented skillset is a must, in order to manage the volume and detail needed to promote world-class content in a fast-paced environment
