    Sales Manager

    WizeNoze is an exciting startup that is disrupting the way people consume content online and how creators produce and publish content. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we are expanding internationally  and are currently looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Amsterdam. Could this be you? If so, you will be tasked with developing and leading the mid-sized commercial partnership activity for the Dutch market (b2b).

    You will have more than 5 years sales experience, be a self-starter, confident and comfortable to network with new and existing contacts and be fully focused on closing the deal. You must be excited by technology and the SaaS market, ideally with an interest in the education market as well.

    You will have in-depth knowledge of, and passion for, the sales process with strong existing commercial relationships and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will be high-energy, show integrity at all times and be skilled in developing long-lasting and strategic commercial relationships. You will enjoy the thrill of the win, enjoy high earnings with a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will love working with different cultures and thrive under pressure.

    You will be joining as the second sales person on the ground in the Dutch market. It comes with a lot of responsibility but also an incredible amount of opportunity. The position reports to the founder and CEO (Amsterdam).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Scope the market and develop a solid pipeline of potential partners
    • Develop and lead the sales effort for mid-sized b2b commercial relationships for the Dutch market
    • Create persuasive sales presentations
    • Lead the negotiations with potential partners identified
    • Exceed sales goals
    • Introduce and maintain accurate forecasting models
    • Manage client relationships after closing to ensure our clients receive the best sales customer service

    Key skills:

    • Substantial (and proven) b2b sales experience in a sales/ commission-based role
    • Driven and keen to succeed
    • Customer and industry knowledge (SaaS)
    • Experience of building and managing relationships with key clients
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Able to present in front of c-level representatives
    • Able to work cross-regionally and cross-culturally
    • Higher Degree level education
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
    • Speaking the Dutch language is a nice but not a need to have

    Digital Marketing Manager

    WizeNoze is an exciting startup that is disrupting the way people consume content online and how creators produce and publish content. Based in Amsterdam, and expanding internationally this year, we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will help drive sales, increase conversions and build the brand profile.

    You will have in-depth knowledge of social media and be passionate about creating content for all elements of the digital marketing strategy, which together will drive engagement in the brand. You will be highly analytical, have an attention to detail and have at least 4 years experience in digital marketing.

    You will be joining as an integral member of the team within this fast-moving, ambitious start-up. There will be many opportunities to contribute to the wider business strategy as well as, of course, developing and building on your own personal skills and experience. The position reports to the founder and CEO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conceive and implement a digital marketing strategy
    • Be the voice of the company on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) (b2b and b2c) and contribute regularly to the blog
    • Responsible for all social media channels
    • Manage all SEO activity including researching keywords, setting up Adword campaigns etc.
    • Analyse data and analytics from our marketing automation tool and use it to support future marketing decisions
    • Set up marketing automation campaigns
    • Research new content and social media opportunities and identify influencers in this space.

    Key skills:

    • Up to date knowledge on the latest developments in digital marketing and tech savvy
    • Strong SEO experience
    • Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce SEO optimized content that is engaging and will drive traffic
    • Blog writing experience (either personal or for a past employer)
    • Strong understanding of the latest new media trends and platforms, specifically web, mobile, app, gaming, viral, programmatic, social and content
    • Ability to research and compose interesting and on-topic content
    • A keen eye for new content opportunities
    • Experience with marketing automation tools  (we use SalesManago)
    • A good understanding of the latest trends in social media
    • A ‘can do’ attitude – taking on ad-hoc editorial/ marketing projects as they arise
    • Basic web design skills (HTML, Word Press, Mailchimp)
    • Creativity and out-of-the box thinking
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Team player
    • English as native language
